I dont know, im never dealing again unless its for a rediculously large sum of money like half a million lol

And there speaks a sponsored player.

Yes - it's a little easier for a Sponsored player to dig his heels in. Non-sponsored players have to finance future Tourneys, & try & ensyure a pay-day from this one - it makes a HUGE difference. Those who are self-financing, & non-nipping, have to consider these deals very carefully. It's about survival. Grerat fun the challenge is, too.

My guess was pretty good then?

Sounds about right to me, you got more than your fair proportion, but you're the shortstack so have nothing to lose by shoving every hand.

Why would the guy with half the chips want to deal at this stage ?

Why would the guy with half the chips want to deal at this stage ?

it was his first live event and was allready on his 5th life

he got it all in with AT on an A34 flop via A3 and doubled up when he hit a flush draw
then got it in with 78 on a 667 flop via QQ and hit a 7

and if he doubled anone apart from me up then his postion wasnt so good
if he doubled me up then i have enough to damage him

the otehr 2 players were the more experianced players too so it was a case of if i was looking for a double up it would have had to come through the chip leader who was on my right

the international normally generates an average of 5 buy ins per person on a £20 night infact the £10 nights is about that too
last night had 27 runners with i think £2760 in the pot

2000 starting chips with 100/200 blinds for 90 mins

well worth a punt if your ever in aberdeen

several good players several how think they are good and a few fish like me swelling the pool
