Does the 18 man stt count?  I won one a week or so ago, can't remember the details though, how would i go about finding out?

I take it it's one bet per win?

Any stt with more than 5 players and yes 1 bet per win.
Just click  "My Account" then " Tournament History" and search for it. Online claim form will ask for Tourney name and ID, the ID is the date and time it started i.e. 2007-08-16 13:45:53
