Team Silo need a sub for two weeks from the middle of the month onwards.  It's only a tempory position due to one of our team being on holiday so I can't promise you a place for October or any other months.

The position would suit someone that doesn't usually play blonde events but fancies having a go, and is a decent tournament player.

I have asked and was told it was ok.  I'm not sure what difference it makes, you can change your team each month.

If it's an issue, the sub can play for the whole of September if it's easier - we don't want to cause a fuss

Suzanne is having major PC problems and is likely to be offline for some time.  There is therefore a vacancy in the Hardon Mob.  I know our results don't look impressive (because they're not!), but on the up side we can only improve next month!  Drop me a PM if you want to join us.  Presume everyone else is still ok for September?

Team changes are allowed (at the end of) each month but I wouldn't have thought you can have more than 5 named players representing a single team within a month. I could be wrong though. It's not my call!

We could just play with 4,....but then winning for the second month running would be embarrassing

4 wouldn't be that bad given that only 3 can score, it's only for a few games.

Holidays happen..I don't mind a sub for a few comps in a month with as much advance notice as possible, to allow teams to play with a full complement, trusting that all teams do it for genuine reasons which I am sure will be the case

I won't be getting involved in debates about %ages of prize money due to subs should the team win though!

I am not so sure that is a good idea..  For example...  one week, I am not able to make it, so, I phone my mate and tell him to go on and we will call him a sub for me because i am away..!!!  Loads of abuse..!!!

We live in the real world, people go away, they miss comps, twice a week for four months is quite a commitment..I'd far rather other team members didn't suffer and teams played with a full complement

I disagree with subs unless they are for a full month. That was the rules and I dont think they should changed now!!  At least I thought that was the rules!
