Everton fans were the same after Hillsborough.  Just shows that at the end of the day, football isn't really that important - but it's good that it can bring people together as well cause agro.

Respect for doing this, but I'd like to see ALL the clubs campaigning against the gang culture that has killed 18 youngsters in the last 8 months or so.

Absolutely.  I guess it's similar to the 'kick it out' campaign, with regards to racism.  That was seen throughout football at all clubs at all levels (in the UK anyway).

Football is obviously in a position to reach out to those who need to be reached, where schools, parents, the police, etc., are struggling.

I saw this before the game last night and thought it was a great gesture by Liverpool Football Club and their fans. It was a very emotional moment, I was covered in goosebumps. Just hope they can find the people responsible.

I thought the same..a top mark by a top club. I would hope every club does something similar this weekend. This whole "gang culture" thing needs to be eradicated as soon as.
