I'm afraid that i will not be able to play tonight, I don't put much into my account on here as only use it to play these events really. Almost every time recently my transaction are declined, lasttime i contacted cus supp who did it for me np, and told me if it happens again just let them know and they will do it. So hey presto, tonight i went to put my £ 10 in , yes £10 that's all, and it declined it, so i contacted Cuss supp, and was told to contact my bank as it is them that has declined it.  I am 100% positive I hold more than a tenner in my bank account, so went on line to check for fraud, just like last time as it does concern one when this happens. Yes all my money is still there, so i went to Laddies and did a test run for a tenner there, hey guess what it accepted it np. So gl team Hardon's. All i can think is that my bank has a problem authorising to Blondepoker for some unknown reason.

Maureen, my credit card company used to do this and it pissed me off royally .... what they do is limit your monthly expenditure onto internet gaming sites which have their banking facility abroad ....UNLESS you contact them and ask them specifically to allow it.

It is actually their idea of fraud protection as they limit any possible loss that may occur if your card is lost or stolen.

I am not sure if this is the case with your CC company, but it sounds familiar.

It's a debit card Kev, and no this can not be the case as i managed my test run on laddies and havealso done another in the last 5 mins for a larger amount on another site.

try and put your card as a credit. this happened to me using a debit and when i called got the same response you describe. so i tried again and put credit card with the debit card details and hey presto!
