Saturday and Sunday 13th and 14th October

Grosvenor Casino Cardiff


the basics

4pm Saturday £50 double chance freezeout

1pm Sunday Quiz

3pm Sunday Heads Up comp

Other stuff to be arranged informally..eg football, scrabble, western roll etc


bb5 child board set up and is open now

Please post on Acceptances thread, first come first served and entry restricted to existing blonde members (signed up before this post) until 1st October

There will be a number of Online Satellites, with a guranteed number of seats per event, for the bb5 weekend

I vaguely remember The Future Inn being mentioned, is it any good/nearby ?

The Future Inn is absolutely superb Ralph, & is exactly 100 yards from the Casino. Just park the car & leave it for rhe weekend, perfect.

There is an ETAP nearby, I believe.

just looked at prices on future inn website..when checking availability there is none for that weekend

ETAP is cheap.  Basic. Very basic, but cheap. £32 a night per room cheap.

I'd rather be fairly comfy, I'm no snob but I'd rather have a chance of some sleep over the weekend.  Any ideas on the Future Inn?
