the wsope site says the main event servivors come together for day 2. which starts at 2pm tomorrow.
Does anyone know if this is now at the empire and have they dropped the other two venues?

You're pretty much correct but just to clarify - Day 1a finishers will be playing at The Empire on Wednesday and Day 1b finishers at the Empire on Thursday.

There are two Day 2's. The remainder of the tournament will be played at the Empire Casino.

Nice one, I have to work in London today, may sneak out a little early and do a bit of rail birding at the Empire!

I'd like to go down to the Empire on Friday to do some railbirding.  Does anyone knows what the setup is like there and whether any railing will be possible?

I should imagine there'll be quite a lot of people doing the same.

You are free to Rail, but I must say, the "viewing conditions" are not really ideal, in common with any other Venue really.

You can Rail the Tables on the Balcony (there are 4 I think) with some difficulty, but if the Cardroom is filled to capacity (with players) you may not be able to see much in there. The viewing conditions on Monday & Tuesday were not bad at all, but there were only 6 Tables at The Empire, so it was pretty empty.

If you can blag your way into the Players Lounge, they do a lovely meal......
