Insert an URL into a thread without actually showing the url?

I am sure this was asked in a post recently but I cant find it

Is there not a little button that does this for you when making a post? 

Like if you click on the "Instert Hyperlink" button it comes up with "{url][/url}" for you to put your URL into?

insert hyperlink, post, then modify your post changing the second part to whatever you want it say.
