Which method of dealing cards is the best, pitching or sliding? Sliding off the top as done by a dealer from say the Aviation. Or pitching using the middle finger as done by a dealer from say Crown.

Erm, sliding prevents (or makes it more difficult) for a mechanic.
But as long as you trust your dealer, I like the cards to fly.
