i am not one for sentimentality, but here goes...

there are some people who you just feel better having met and known them. Mrs Red certainly falls into the category. That Tom bloke isnt too bad either Smiley

Together, they are just dynamite.

congratulations both...

Thank you all so very much.

Mrs Red and I have spent the last 30 years pulling in the same direction. We've laughed together, and we've cried together. We've worked side by side, literally shoulder to shoulder, in rain and in sunshine.

We don't burden each other with expectation or obligation, and don't live in each other's pockets, but we have that sort of closeness that means we can communicate volumes with just a glance or a small gesture. She is so much a part of me that I don't know where I end and she begins.

Of course we've have our arguments, just like everyone else. We have slept back to back, not speaking, but in 30 years, we have never spent a night apart because we've had a row. Whether I'm home or away, I never go to sleep without telling her that I love her.

Through all these years, I have drawn my strength from her, she is the foundation that allows me to stand tall. She is my hero, I worship the ground she walks on.

Tom, that is moving, beyond words. You & Mrs Red deserve each other, & that is the highest compliment I can pay you both.

It's mine and Michelle's 5th anniversary today - and I have to echo Tom's sentiments here.  Everything I do, every decision I make is based on what it means for both of us (me and Michelle that is, not me and Tom).  We both like to do our own thing as well as doing stuff together, but everything is done with the other in mind.  Wouldn't have it any other way - and I couldn't imagine my life without her now.

We've been married for 5 years, but have been together for over 13 years now.  I hope in 25 years I'm posting about our 30th anniversary in the same way Tom has.

Michelle is a truly wonderful person - beautiful, intelligent, funny - I know I've won the lottery on this one.

You two talking about your wives like that has brought a tear to my eye.  I don't imagine many people get to experience such togetherness during their lifetime, it's the stuff of romantic novels Smiley You and your good ladies are truely blessed.

ChipRich got his money for only doing a 24 hour challenge - Michelle must be in line for one hell of a payday to take on the 'Marry Kinboshi' challenge.
