Ok i have some picys and i i need them resized, now usually i would just use paint and work my magic but its not working, I need to get some weird pixel dimensions so its annoying, can anyone reccomend a free software that i can use to do this?

http://www.gimp.org/ for a full blown image editing software but there's somehing in MS Powertools you can resize with
