Absolutely DELIGHTED for you! After all the time and effort you put into the forum you are well deserving of the win for a change!!! The fact that you're hooked up with a Chicka who has good taste means it will be spent well, so better again.

A for me chest...OMG...it STILL hurts! I'm not sure if it's from the goal keeping or laughing so much as there's no visible bruising, but either way...was well worth it.

My first bash and it was as amazing as I thought it would be, I had met some blonde's at other comps and without exception all the new people I met were of the same mold. The community is wonderful and should be embraced and supported to the fullest. I for one will support it in whatever small way that I can (I can be found giving away money most nights on the Blonde cash table). The weekend was run with humour and efficiency (yes even the quiz) and I look forward to others.

Well done to all (deliberate omission of names as you were all great)

Congrats to Kev and all the final tablers... apologies for semi-hijacking your thread but I couldn't find an 'official' thanks for BB5 thread...

Big thanks to everyone who had a hand in organising the weekend, it was top notch! This was my first Blonde bash after just lurking around the site for a long while now and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was great to meet and chat to some new poker-ers and thanks also to everyone for being so friendly and welcoming, even though I was with Mr Dale! Wink

The side games were great and the whole weekend had a brilliant atmosphere... I'm looking forward to the next one already!

What can I say. Well I awake in Germany on day 3 of my four day tour and finally get some internet access. So onto blonde I go and there it is.........a walking, talking miracle. Now I know miracles are supposed to be of the walk on water variety, part the red sea, water to wine but this one is just as good if a little smaller. Kev won the blonde bash. He becomes a member of a small but elite group of players who have this distinction. Kev I am dead chuffed that you won it but you cannot win without galant losers along the way as Matt will tell you so big up for Mel.

Todays German word is Pilz...........mushroom. Todays game is to get it it used at least 6 times in todays meeting on budgets

Kev I look forward to sharing a Guinness with you in Waterford
