It's only a game, and football rivalry isn't personal. No need to get upset and call people names.

I agree..and for God's sake remember the age old truth;

You both suck.

If Scotland qualify (I'd put it at 40/60) and head to the Euro finals, I'd really like England to be there. Get a chance for some revenge on that Euro 2006 polava.

Some people *cough* diceman need to get a grip. It's only a game, and football rivalry isn't personal. No need to get upset and call people names.

Thanks Tank, I was going to leave this thread but will respond to your ickle pop.

Thanks but I have a grip. Just get bored of silly people vocalising their crappy ABE attitude. Why should it go unchallenged. Is it really only sport???, ok so I shall fame the forum with a ABS attitude to provide some balance. I remember last time everybody got really upset that someone dare to wish Scotland lose last time.

Its nothing new, I love it when the Jocks get spanked at any sport, I suppose the difference is that I am genuinely pleased when they pull off a good result.

So I can honestly say I am chuffed when they get a spanking ... but I am also chuffed when they get a win ... I dont half get the arse ache when they draw though Wink

If either of these teams were playing in my back garden I would close the curtains.

What a load of rubbish, both England and Scotland have been total crap.  There's no way either deserve to qualify playing as they are.  With England, we get all excited with a couple of wins against very poor  opposition, the first decent team we play and we revert back to our old crap.

Assuming that the result stays as it is, what does this mean for Scotland? I think if they win against Italy are they still through?

I agree with you there, the've had some great results recently and have put in some top performances (for them).  Todays defeat, assuming it doesn't change, will be a big disapointment to them I think
