... it's a habit of mine (you ask Norm), but I wanted to say how much we enjoyed the Blonde Bash last weekend.  I think it makes a big difference, to women especially, that players can walk into a tournament and feel welcome immediately.

Had a fun table, even if rookie did take me off a hand with his 22.  Quote from him "I hate it when you give me that evil look."  Well, that's one down anyway.  Good to see lots of women around, and a high percentage of the final table too.  Hello to Red Dog - I kept trying to catch your eye, but you were far too busy swooning around Louise.  Well done Tikay, the mods and the staff at the Grosvenor -  great organising, you certainly keep moving it on.  And very well done Kev - a pleasure to have played with you.

It amazes me that I manage to miss a some people at every bash. (I wanted to say hello to quite a few but they were always busy). The trouble is, most peeps are still playing the tourney when I have been knocked out.

Anyway Bev, I was only swooning around Louise because I knew you were spoken for. (If you ever kick him into touch, you and I could do a runner).
