FWIW i am under the impression that M3boy only got a ban for a set period not a lifetime banstick, I could be wrong but thats how i recall it, so in my mind he is not posting her out of his choice.

I honestly didn't know Paul was banned.

I wasn't taking the piss in any way.

The limited interaction I've had with Paul suggests he is a decent fella, even if asking to be staked at 200% was a bit cheeky.
