I lost the toss and have been put into bat. Annoying.
I have a bid on one of my players too, the £1k wonder Sabata is set to leave for a nice round £400k at the moment.

Playing the secondbest side in the league and I have a pitiful bowling attack out plue i'm on TIE. They are batting first and looking like scoring a LOT of runs.
Been trying to pick up a couple of bargains on the transfer market but they are few and far between. Massive inflation in prices in past season or so.

I've bought 5 players in the last week purely with the intention of selling on for a profit. I've probably forgotten to bid on more than that! Including a couple of proficients for < £300k, grrr! Doing OK at the minute in my game: End of Over 25: 123-2, runrate=4.92 Glazier* 72 (79 balls) Clarke 4 (6 balls) Need a decent partnership now though!

And that's a century for Glazier! Well played indeed Sir!
Happy days!
End of Over 38: 186-2, runrate=4.89
It seems that is an above average score for the pitch/conditions, but I'd still like to kick on and hopefully get to 240ish off my 50.
Then it's just down to my bowlers!

They made 320-2. My batting line up is nearly at full strength and they have no spinners so hopefully i'll be able to put some runs on the board and make it respectable.

I'm 1-2 lifetime agaisnt today's opponent and we're both 5-2 this seasonwith me second on a marginally better run rate. Got to 206-4 off 40 thanks to a amrvellous 120+ off 100 balls by Cohen but then he got out an I slumped to 234all out Also the lowest score either side has made in the seven innings the two sies have now played Glumness and pessism, however, have been banished by opening bowlers quite mental opening spell and they are now 45-4 off 9, an I just need to get their best bat out and I'm sorted Post when I'm winning, I only post when I'm winning

I was on TIE so didn't expect to get near it, with I proper bowling attack it would have been interesting. I think given a full strength side and the right conditions (ie a dry pitch) I could beat them. End of Over 30: 132-4, runrate=4.40, reqrunrate=9.45 (320-2) Murtagh 5-0-18-0 Tau* 4 (16 balls) Harris 58 (76 balls) Last Wicket: Meyer c. Nico b. Oli 19 (FOW: 116/4)

i had a top 4 decider today if i lose i finish 5th if i win it will be net rr that desides 4th and before start i had better rr
the guy isnt rotating his squad and all there PFLs are at rock bottom due to same 11 playing
FC and OD games so although on paper his team is better than mine the fact only 2 of my trainees were below subline meant i thought i had a chance
i won the toss and put him in
he posted Total (41.2 overs, 10 wickets) 148
in reply Total (20.6 overs, 1 wickets) 152
get in there the NRR was increase with the result today too

Nice 88 run win for me as well.
Another one of my players for sale has a bid too, leaving just 1 without a bid (and he's the one I thought most likely to sell!)
