Since when is Kazakhstan in Europe?  It has borders with China and Mongolia! 7,000 mile round trip.  Can see one or two niggling injuries flaring up amongst the England squad a few days before this fixture.

I don't understand it either.  Put them in the already over-subsribed European group....rather than in the Asian group (where they are actually located).  Israel are always in the European group, even for Eurovision.

Then again, Australia aren't in Asia either.  Maybe they should be in the European group as well?  It'll make it easier for a lot of their players in terms of travelling.

i think euro champs is a better tournament for all round quality, big misses obv brazil and argies, but big plusses are the 10-15 rag nations that are not there

champions league is even better than both imo

still magic to me as long as england get there, looked better years ago because we didnt know a lot of the new argie or brazil players, nowadays football from all over the world on all the time,
not many players we dont know when world cup starts,in a way its lost a bit of that magic but still look forward to ,

I love the world cup...even thogh sometimes I think I don't when it arrives I can't wait for it to start.
