dtd yesterday with a few questions as l have registered for the Opening £500 event and subsequent tournaments the following week, all done with this great innovation, On Line registration from their skin. As there was a possibility l might still be playing at the Vic, l wanted to know what was the latest l could de-register as this option is available on screen.
Simon Trumper rung me back within a short time and told me " if you want to de-register it must be done prior to 2300hrs the night before that particular tournament as the funds are transfered from DTDPOKER to the Live Room", but he also told me that " if there where exceptional circumtances the day of the tournament and you could not make it to the live club you would receive a full refund", otherwise the money was in the pot.
It will be very unlikely that l will miss any event there, as l live 10 Min's away and don't want to let Rob and the team down after l got an invite. I thought Simon was very competent in his explanation and its good that a poker player rung me back and not someone in Mumbai.
dtd are relying on us lot to make this work so get registering on line lads and ladies, as l believe these seats will sell like hot cakes after people first experience the Live Club which seems to have SPARED NO EXPENSE for us, the members.
Lastly the fact that this opening week is invite ONLY as they have the required staff for that amount of people should tell you alot about how this club will progress, everything has been done in a highly professional and competent way with no short cuts or "lets get them through the door for the money attitude".
