And not forgetting Milan play Juve this weekend. We go to Tynecastle for a tough game of our own.

Think our Rangers supporting friends are trying to distract themselves from their own crucial game in two weeks time. A game they are finding so crucial they have asked to postpone a game with GRETNA to prepare for....

you going tomorrow Rod ?

nope, got a last minute shot at a ticket, but had arranged a weekend at the Maw & Paw's.

Will watch it on Setanta.

Have to laugh at Rangers asking to postpone the Gretna game Grin
[/quote

lol to be fair is it almost travelling to another country.
Cant see Celtic winning this game in Milan for obvious championsleagueawayresultaments. Draw great for both sides. We held them to 0-0 in 0 mins at the San Siro last year so why not again? Hope so.

C'mon the Hoops.

PS Why are rangers fans starting threads about Celtic games?Huh?Huh??

Gretna play their home games at Motherwell.

I don't blame Rangers for trying to get the game postponed, Celtic should have done exactly the same this weekend as our fixture list is even more conjested with harder games & we are down to the bare bones at the back.

eng v cro only one side needed a draw
here both sides only really want a draw

It is more or less exactly the same situation though. AC Milan have nothing to play for (like Croatia) but they probably don't want to lose as theyed finish second to Celtic (Croatis would have had to lose by three goals or more for England to have topped the group!).

If AC Milan and Shakhtar Donetsk both win, Shakhtar Donetsk go through ahead of Celtic as they have the slightly better head-to-head (Shakhtar's away goal being the tie-breaker).

Meanwhile Massimo Donati suggests "Celtic will go for the win against AC Milan."

Of course we will, we cant go there and play for a draw, we would get smashed.

But this isn't a Serie A game, and Milan have beaten both Benfica and Shaktar at home.

I know your only at the wind up but you've been saying we'll get pumped out since July!!! I would love to play Real Madrid or Arsenal if they win their group.

All the pressure is firmly back on Rangers in the Champions League & possibly the league if we win our next 2 league games.

FWIW I think you'll probably bottle it again

I hope Celtic get Chelski as well - I am salivating at the prospect of a competitive day out down sarf!

If I could hand pick a team for us though I'd take on

Marseilles - I think realistically we could beat them.

I also fancy a wee jaunt to Germany I like Germany for the football and Bremmen was one of the first places I ever went to with Celtic many years ago, wouldn't mind going back.

I don't want Inter - fed up going to Milan.  Same can be said of Barcelona.

Ohh and I hope Rangers draw Liverpool in Uefa cup Smiley
