i will be hosting and competing in the nationals
also got a top time for a 17 yeaf female LD runner so should get her into the world games

the league will be fun by the end of the season only a few teams will get through a meet without a number of injuries
not good for the british nation in the long run but should make staying up alot easier as managers quit due to frustration

ram you need to sort out your form mate your going to get alot of injuries and none starters and retired unless you run the guys under 13 on low
otherwise you have quite a good squad

ram had to many injurys tonight running his team into the ground with low form he might lose this meet he has dominated now he has to hope he doesnt get any more 0 points
i am struggling to hold onto 4th as spartak london has a strong finsh but i might be able to overtake caledonian so its nip and tuck in the middle of the meet for me

good result ( i was disapointed at mine but wasnt helped with quite a few on low)
trundler and aspere left the game after the first season as they couldnt compete after running there teams on high for a whole season
your teams good enough to stay up this year even if you run most of them on low most weeks get your form up and make a push next year otherwise your going to get weeks when more are injured than scoring points

Ilkley are a machine. I had one on + to get a top 50 U17time, the rest on =
I gave Oxford a decent run for their money bt my Jumpers are very mediocre and in an eight runner meet that cost me a lot. Gwent Dragons are another + and injury candiate. Most of their squad are on 11 form... They do have a quite exceptional 15yrd old M LDR tho'

Congrats to iron for his 5th place and ramshire for his 6th place.. I limped in 11th.. got a few injuries too  |

as i said to ram dont run athletes with form under 13 on anything but low
ram had 2 injurys tonigh due to the fact he went for it
the prize money isnt worth it in the long run
i got 20k for coming 5th unless you can get in top 3 in league at end of season or the nationals then its not worth the
risk to the athletes
my form took a huge hit today and it will take me most of the season to get it back
just hope i can still get enough points to keep me in the league
without ruining my chances of a training my team next year
