it felt a little more relaxed last night, probably due to a combination of the accident, people failing to register online (must be done by midnight the day before the event !!!) and the possible perception that it would be entirely full again despite the alternates system - was still a good night though and the comp was a 5- way close chipcount by player request - very close

I loved it, had a great night without ever seeing any cards and busted in (I think) 12th (paid 7) after I'd been pushing the table around and then ran into AK and KK with my 88, so Nick's out and heading to the maddest cash game in the world ever (I took your seat, Fran, when you got up and moved to another table). I was there with my mate Ross, who was probably the only sweaty in the building.

Will be back for sure when I get back from Vegas.

Glad you en joyed it. All of the comps have been a great atmosphere, even when people want to do a deal on final table their has been no arguments, as their is only 2 choices -   "play -on" or do a "chip-count" so everyone is just so relaxed, we do need to look at a few things though, maybe starting 30 mins later on a Friday for people with traffic problems and maybe starting earlier on a Sunday so that people can still get to work at a reasonable time on Mondays.

After each 4 days of opening we review everything, and hopefully over the coming weeks/months we will keep making improvements.
