As many of you know,my husband Pete is a head Chef
Over the years Pete and his chef buddies have deep fried (in Batter) most things!! in times of Borden bettween service,choc ices,sprouts,ladles,and even one chef battered his hand!!!!
Tonight we had the delights of deep fried battered Christmas pudding dusted in icing sugar!

Pete and his team are running out of ideas what to batter next?
