I used to be a big fan like everyone else. Now it's been nostalgized to death, and I'm just f***ing sick of it.

This is an appeal for everybody to stop buying Bullyseye merchandise, that singing Bully, the DVD game etc. Hopefully then they will stop making them, and resultantly stop punting them on my TV.

It's like my private childhood memories have been bastardized by over commercialisation.
If I wanted to whistle the theme for some reason, perhaps to remind myself of a simpler time on Sunday afternoons with my Gran, I no longer can, for fear that someone will instead assume I have no mind of my own and have just been to Argos.

Yes, 321 can be the new Bullseye.

Let's not overdo it this time though. Before it gets old we'll switch to Going for Gold or something.

oooh I'd forgotten all about Going for Gold.  Wicked show that was.  The pyramid game was pretty cool tool.

We never get reruns of GFG. Pity, coz the episode where a young Indestructible pretends to be Norweigan just to get on the telly is a timeless classic.

did anybody ever win GFG. I remember the old guy Helmut from Leipzig going about 10 weeks on the trot, before he disappeared, only for it to transpire weeks later that he was in fact a war criminal, and would spend the next 5 months answering questions from someone a whole lot less nice than Henry Kelly...
