I think they might struggle a bit too.  Didn't like what I saw of them on Sunday.  3rd at best I think.

I like big JT but I can't help but think he deserves everything he got after that terrible attemptted tackle in Fabregas yesterday thatw as an absolute disgrace and he should be pulled up by the FA once he's back and hit with a 10 game ban.

Eboue is a disgrace. Thinking  of him puts me on tilt, the despicable play acting, cheating thug.

terry, essien, carvalho and drogba will be missed i agree and i think chelsea may struggle. it certainly wont be pretty over the next few weeks but i still think they will grind out results.

i think he will buy a centre back in the transfer window, personally i think he needed to before terry and carvalho injurys as alex and ben hiem are horsedump and not up to the job.

as for the comment regards cech i think your being a bit harsh, fair enough he should have dealt with the corner that arsenal scored from but that hardly makes him a keeper that makes mistakes.
cech is class, the best in the world and makes far less mistakes than any other keeper. one mistake doesnt make him a bad keeper as his superb double save in the second half showed.

out of curiosity fergus whose your team?

Rightly they should struggle. Their starting line up will only just be worth over 100m, how will they ever manage? They have three injuries, shocking stuff, I can't remember a crisis like it since Arsenal had four out two weeks ago.

For me a big miss would be Mikel John Obi, or John Obi Mikel, or Obi Wan Kenobi or whatever he's called.

He's come on really well this season and will be missed badly.

Alex will turn into a proper player for Chelsea..although I think he never should have left PSV..the man was considered a God there.

i really dislike obi wan kenobi, i dont think hes half as good as he thinks he is, not a patch on makelele who is class in a glass, i understand he is very young, but he just adds nothing in attack and is not as destructive as vieras makeleles gattusos or mascheranos

He's under 20, built like a house, passes as well as any teenager does and he's not afraid to get stuck in.

Temper aside (which could settle as Keane's, Vieira's and Gerrard's did) he'll be a great player.

There's a reason why Makalele hasn't been a regular feature the last couple of seasons. (slower, older, premiership teams not being able to accomodate someone who doesn't passd the ball forward) I thought Diarra was pushing him out two years ago when he played up at St James.
