I actually went with friends last night  thumbs up and not all that way on my tod.

As for 3rd night on the run... well I have some plans, but who knows I might bump them Tongue

Good Man, be good to see you mate, but not at my table, lol.  ..........oops

Mick -you weren't caught with your hands in that till were you?  Grin

Yes mate......are you trekking up tonight. I will be in contact very soon after l come back from the IPC, reference my Colonic. For Gods sake, be gentle when l come to Northampton.

I would not recommend a colonic Mick. It might affect the way you speak.......Wink

And remember, don't be late tonight - if you wanna share a table with me.

Tony, El Blondie showed up last night and was good enough to give me a Super Stud lesson away from the tables, which l am looking forward to practicing with you.

As for the way l speak Tony, as long as my accent doesn't change to that of a Derby/Notts resident l should be fine. I have always fancied speaking like someone from Scunthorpe!

I doubt it - I have my traditional christmas cold coming - what would christmas be with out it? I also have bank roll issues - and with the tough field at dtd I'm not sure that it's a good idea. having said that I have always played and won when ill......hmmmmm.

Gentle with you? Only if you promise to be quiet!

Poker is good for colds.

I'll be there, but may be a little late, as I have to drop in to Thewy's place first, & he's ALWAYS late. He'll be there too.

How so? Love to hear the reasoning behind that one

I must say, it's an education to play mixed discipline games with Dave Colclough. Watch, listen & learn was my tactic with him at DTD on Friday, and I was not too keen on mixing it up with him to be honest.

If we were to get 5k starting chips for the £200 I would find it difficult to stay away.

That being said, I find it difficult to stay away anyway.

Tom this is something l agree with and l think if the management read this or we approach them, they might consider changing it, especially if they don't reach their cap.

Rinse, repeat.

So let's have a gentle word with Mother Hen tonight. To be fair, their concern is the late finish, but as the Caah Games run until 6am now, I think we may be able to do a job on Mother Jen.

Hmmm.... Mr Simon Trumper told me what he thought about being christened "Mother Hen" last night. I don't think you should be asking him for any favours.

It was great for me, first time playing Dealers Choice and l was sitting there like a sponge. Winning a bag and a half was a bonus! Unfortunately l dropped a bag last night which was my first losing session at dtd. This is why l am of the firm belief that in two years or so, some of the best players in Europe will be coming from dtd. Last night you had Paul Jackson(unlucky bubbler in the comp), Simon Nowab and Greek Jack sitting in a 1/2 game with a £200 cap, if young/new players cant learn from that there's something wrong

I sat in a 2/5 game with Mr Burns and Chubby. I learned that playing the first two hands can cause you to pull up twice.

Yes, he mentioned that to me, his dislike of that nickname. Which was a mistake......
