Reece has just come out of surgery, His new line is in a vein in his groin. (I think he is down to his last one now)

To all those who have offered help, support, or just expressed anger - you cannot begin to imagine how much it helps Maureen & the family. More of the same would do nicely.
As for young Reece, taken down to surgery this morning howling, I can't bear to think about it too much. I'm glad I'm not a parent, I could not handle all that.
But if Reece were my boy, I'd be as proud as punch. What a brave lad.
