All this time he has stayed away more or less from hossy then bang. Off he goes in again this morning. We do not know quite what is wrong but he is very sleepy and lethargic plus his walking is not right. Unreal.
Hang in there Mo. Hopefully it's just something small. Would all the excitement of the trip get him a bit worked up? Fingers crossed and let us know how he gets on. xx Going to use my 'One time' now. |

Well, he still has permission to go on holiday.
The hossy reckon he has some swollen glands so that may be the cause.
I am not convinced atm.
They have not taken his Blood Cultures, this would show up any possible line infections starting.
So just to see how he goes on tomorrow. No school now until after holiday.
Still have concerns but will try and go with the flow.

He is OK, not the best of energy but not the worst.
This is what I kind of feared really, if he was on TPN he would have been full of it, but he isn't so his levels are quite low. This afternoon he slept for 3 hours after almost no energetic activeness. He will no doubt struggle over there, I anticipate not doing half what he possibly could have done if on TPN. BUT as we all know TPN is not the answer long term.
We will take it at his pace, we will do what we can and not push it.
Loads of stuff has gone wrong over the last week so much so I think someone out there has a little voodoo doll of moi, but hey, I can take it.
He is now in the bath, chilling out playing figures with Grandad, going to put him on enteral feed tonight then taking enough in hand luggage to put him on enteral and intravenous on board if need be.
Please..if there is a travel God, let me have remembered all Reece's stuff. Ours is no biggy we can get it there, his though is a different story.

Taxi ( from another anon donation) arrives at 05.30 we shall be up very early to be prepared.
IF I have a one time left please let this holiday run as smoothly as possible, and Reece have the best time ever. That is all I ask.
