Thanks all, means a lot.

Massive mix of emotions can not even describe what it feels like. We just want to see him want to get up and play again and if TPN is the only way forward a the moment then that is what it has to be until he is strong enough to try again. We just hope it doesn't do damage to his livers again.

Come on Reece - keep fighting little fella! Maureen, he'll beat this the same as he's beaten everything else that life has thrown at him. Love to you and the family x.

At least he has a fallback with the TPN, hopefully it will give him some needed strength and energy and he can come off it pretty sharpish and try again.

He's a real fighter. xx

And he will get up and play again. We all know he's a wee fighter!

Have you tried milk thistle to protect his liver while he is on the TPN? It comes in drop form so he might be able to take it? If you've not tried it, ask the doctor what he thinks?

Keep strong and try to have a bit of time for yourself too, so you can recharge your batteries.

xx

Reece has been home since last Thursday. He is back on TPN still 7 nights a week which is making his weight go up. He is back to 13.1 k and his eating is slowly improving on his special diet.

His fav past time is Dinosuars and we have been promising him a day out at Doncaster Dome Walking with Dinosaurs which we fulfilled today. He was so excited but it was a massive anti-climax. But hey , we had a bit of fun. He is looking well.

We did not know that Reece has been so unwell recently so are very glad to read the latest posts that he is putting weight on again and his appetite is improving.  Saw this lovely pic on facebook and commented on a beautiful photo without realising the latest worries you have been going through.

Take care and know we are wishing you all Well.
