Normally i wouldnt stand a raise with an ace smaller than a queen. But, this time, partly due to the fact it was the best hand i saw for half hour, and secondly because there was a lot of loose play at our table, i decided to flat call.

Numpty you have a strategy. Namely "I don't call with A-J here". But you compromise that correct strategy because you haven't played any hands in a while. Any emotion that infects your decision making process should be avoided. So calling because you're tilting, bored, frustrated or impatient is no justification for calling. It is a mistake whatever way you are feeling right now. Folding DESPITE your frustration is good poker. Also because it is early in the tournament and the table is active further action was always a probability.

So the answer to the question "I have leaked some chips here already so is it ok to leak them all....especially as I have a 2nd set to come?" is No! I often find that the term calling for value is just a way to justify a bad call....and this would be a bad call.
