hello, what is a nipper?
I thought at first it was someone that nicked pots, but now i am thinking that isnt right?
Someone who comes up to you and keeps asking you for money...especially after you won something.
lend us a tenner
want to borrow a tenner
blatant brag IMO

What the hell is "levelling" ?!?!?!?!!?!?!?
Saying something that you know is wrong/stupid and when someone responds pointing out your mistake, you have levelled them as they should have known that you knew that the statement was wrong/stupid. However, the respondent may be re-levelling i.e. they knew that you were leveling and you should know that they knew that you knew the original statement was wrong or stupid.
It is derived from "Theory of Poker" by D Sklansky, who talked about multilevel thinking in a poker hand and like much of his work has been refined and modified by 2+2 forum members, allowing them to say virtually anything no matter how stupid and if called to task, claim they were levelling, usually with a unintelligble response involving a double negative and a checkbox to avoid being relevelled.

Levelling is deliberately say something that isn't true for comedy effect and to try get other posters to believe that is what you think. So you in fact "level" someone when this happens.
I believe it comes from people working on different levels, as in the whole he knows what I know, so he knows I will do this and so I will work on the next level of thinking to trick him.
Classic examples of this is every post Flushy has made on PHA.

an example of this within a poker context is that you could make a realy small reraise to appear like you have a weaker hand and are tying to buy the pot, if the otehr player(s) are induced into reraising again you can be said to have "levelled them" into committing more chips

Now I actually have time to play poker again after a 5 year break, I want to go back to playing a few hours a night. Sky is my choice right now, with the main aim to make some money. Plan is anything around £100 a month would be ideal, to fund a few rugby games a want to attend.
I am open to anything really MTT/SnGs or cash as long at they 6 handed.
Can people grind micro stakes from say at starting bankroll off £100 given the rake being relativly high at those levels? what is the best poker format on sky to grind at those levels?
I am against loads of poker tracking and software the only thing i might install is something to keep record of session profit/loss.
Any advice welcome.

1st night on sky played a few small Sng's to test software, its fine for 2 tabling but then the site crashed for hours.
2nd night played some cash games and enjoyed it until the whole sky network went down again for hours..not a great start.
3rd day 3rd in an MTT, AA vs K8 for the world and failed to hold but managed to 300% increase my deposit. Lets hope sky poker dont crash again tonight.
