New years resolution - keep better records of my live play!

Can anyone point me towards any decent spreadsheets or something that will let me input all my live play details and keep a good record of my profit/loss and anything else thats worth keeping a record of?

Thanks

http://www.pokerdominator.com/sessiontracking/

Just started using this.  quite useful in keeping track of all sessions.  There is also poker tracker which is meant to be pretty good but if its just for home games the above free one does a good job...

I agree, i have been using this for the last 6 months, and its does an excellent job of giving you most things that you will probably need. It looks like hard work, but the only thing i can see its not easy making sure that you record ever session, but if you want to do it, then you have to have a pen and paper (if your site does nto give you a record of all cash and tournament sessions) and record the things down..
