9 he visit the embassies of the countries in the USA which are legally part of the country they represent but an american doesnt need a passport to visit them

ok ad, the guy found dead in the desert next to the rock (2). I'm figuring if its not the oasis thing Ironside suggested (which is what I originally thought)...
Was the guy lost in the desert and crawling desperately out before he dehydrated...he passed the rock, and crawled and crawled gasping for desperate for water...and then eventually came by the rock again, realised he'd been crawling around in circles and there was no hope, and gave up?
