Have you found the team forum newbie thread? That'll help.

Basically,

set your training - match team training, with one fitness session every other day.
set your match orders (remember you are an AM)
send friend requests to your teammates.
Once they've accepted, go to player > relationships > players and set your interaction percentages.
(then, you gradually become friends, team spirit goes up and we play better).

Post on the forum about stuff!

Bongo is too lazy and was meant to be sorting a move to wales for a season to get some experience. I was meant to do that 3 weeks ago and have yet to message any of the welsh managers
