I am seriously considering lumping on QPR to win the Championship next year.

Good bet?

Yes, at the right price

Buzacksy is the best attacking midfielder in the division

unlimited funds

saw them NY Day, already playing nice stuff

but its a terribly competitive division

next season will probably have forest and Leeds up and Derby and Sunderland/Wigan/Fulham down

as well as Leicester, Coventry, Sheff U, Stoke, Ipswich etc etc and whichever of WBA,Watford might not make it

all these teams end up beating each other all season

just because they have the money doesn't mean the new players will gel straight away. i seem to remember fulham failing at the first attempt after al-fayed took over. hmmmm now who did they lose to in the play offs?

I thought their team for next year is currently gelling in serie C' as they're supposed to have some deal with the Juventus 'B' team whose official name escapes me.

I could argue about Buzacksy aswell, excellent player but I'd still prefer Andy Reid or Jay Jay Okocha for pure skill but that is being a bit picky.

QPR will definitely be up there next year (although it's not inconceivable they could still make the play-offs this year with a good run in the next few months, the division is so mad with any team capable of beating any other on any given day).

QPR are currently 13/2 to get promoted this season   and 11/4 for a top 6 finish  not the greatest value in the world  but then we saw what Palace did a couple of years back

If we start splashing the cash you'll be lucky to get 4/1.
