Poker is a cruel and twisted game, and never has that statement been more justifiable than in the last elimination. With a Flop lying patiently on the felt, a raising war occurred between Paul Holub and David Pham, Holub finally pushing all-in for 630k. Not liking the situation and knowing that he needed to hit, David deemed this spot worthy of a gamble and thus called with . However, the last thing he wanted to see was a flush draw, but that's exactly what he was up against, Holub proudly revealing a for a dominating hand. The was a blank, but the River wasn't, a vomit-inducing leaving its victim aghast and the lucky victor thankful for the good fortune.

I don't know if anyone's mentioned this in previous days, but those aren't the normal EPT chips.  They have exactly the same shiny hues as Jolly Ranchers, a particularly fine brand of hard candy sold mainly in America.  If they made them smell like artificial fruit, I would doubtless have tried to eat one.  Maybe that's why Snoops and Homer were selected for this particular job.  Good job, by the way.

I am similarly worshiping of that particular candy and if I spot any Jolly Ranchers, I shall be bringing a cartload home. Bring back the Ranchers!

And we're down to one table:

Evan Tindell raised to 150k, Kris Kuykendall called before David Pham made it 500k more. Passed back to Evan, who moved in for about 1 million, Kuykendall passed and Pham called.

Pham:

Tindell:

Board:

Evan Tindell is OUT in 10th place winning $104,000.

David 'The Dragon' Pham has around 5.7 million chips of the 22 million chips in play. The other players should be afraid...

The alcoholic cocktails on the stage bar that I was once considering stealing are, sadly, non alcoholic. I feel so cheated.
