Help from the historians needed

I am helping my daughter with a history project and her task is to build a clay model of a typical Roman Villa ( any housing structure really) but its supposed to be from around the time the romans occupied the UK, I cant seem to find any decent illustrations online to assist in making this model, can anyone send me any images you have or links that may help?

On a similar note school must be getting much harder... that must be what p4 p5?? id have struggled with this at the start of secondary.

and a couple of thousand years later our houses still look the same, funny that.

Truth be told it seems to be the adults that are doing most of the work, every parent i have seen is covered in clay, paint, have skelves or had some sortof "craft" related smuge about their person.

We are working away with the clay her and i have to admit its a great way to spend time with the kids.

If i had got this asignment at her age i would have probably took a flat screw driver to a brick and hoped for the best.

How times have changed.

My favourite was having to photograph 8 different types of flora and fauna including at least three animals in a local wood, Help child write a project detailing food chains and the like and then hand it in,

all in mid February.

7 year old goes into school on the Monday, only to tell me in the evening that she'd picked up the task for the year above.

All she had to do is get different types of materials and stick them onto a piece of card

The next assignment is a film review of a roman themed movie, Only one i own is Gladiator, poor wee soul missed most of the plot line, she just sees the guy killing other guys and a brothet trying to kiss his sister ( Ewww Yuk was the response to that one Btw).

Its going to be an eventful week.
