Well they have more chnace signing Beckham than Ledley King!

"Tottenham face a battle to hang onto captain Ledley King. Newcastle United boss Kevin Keegan wants to bring King north to strengthen his defence, says the Sunday Mirror.

Keegan will wait until the summer before moving for the England international, which will give him enough time to be convinced about the player's long-term fitness."

lol, he was NEVER coming to England, he wants to maintain his fitness and keep concentration, he could never do that in the premeir league, go to newcastle or wherever and play every week cos the teams struggling? he cant do that and he knows what the media are like and the stick he'd get if he did play.

milan's the perfect balance, ultra competitive squad, might get a game here and there and will stay match fit.

lol @ newcastle or anywhere else in England

Spat my tea out when I saw this thread, before realising the dates!

Italy seems a v good option for him, and I think he'd do a cracking job for AC.

The AC milan squad now is almost like how my dream team on FIFA 06 looked three years ago.

I hope this ups Davids game, LA Galaxy was never about the football, and while the money is hard to pass up, I'd rather still earn a healthy wage and play high class football.
