Oh yes..consultants will have to be brought in to write a report on the feasibility of it all..and even though there might be some doubts, once Labour has decided it's a good idea they will go ahead. It will then be introduced and everyone will have to have some sort of database and an outsource company will have to handle all the payments OF course CAPITA will get the contract of managing all this and charge a fortune for doing so. After a year or two/three  everyone will realise that the whole thing is a disaster and some Junior Minister will be made to pay...while the govt brings in more consultants to overhaul the entire system..not actually fixing anything BUT the system is already in place and they've gone too far to turn back now. I'm guessing IF this scheme does NOT get implemented the idea and consultation will cost 25-35mill. If it does get put in place it will cost 300-400mill before everyone realises it's a stupid idea and it will be overhauled.

and with more wrinklies going into the already overcrowded prisons allowing Ponce's and violent thugs off early to make room, not only will the cost of trying them and keeping them inside cost shitloads more and the extra work for the legal aid lawyers and CPS, making even less money available they will probably be able to move 1000's of more immigrants and their families into the wrinklies homes ,
