Las Vegas advice

I'm off to Vegas at the end of March,as yet i haven't booked a hotel. I can get 6 nights at the MGM for $544 which seems like a fantastic offer. The room is in the Grand Tower,does anyone know if these rooms are fairly decent? The majority of the reviews seem positive.
I'm not after top of the range luxury,just something fairly nice at a good price.

Staying at the MGM for £50 a night seems a great deal - I'd take it.

Seems pretty good to me.
I'd try Harrah's as well though. Normally cheaper rooms, but it's in an ideal location in the centre of the strip (opposite Caesars Palace).
