A tent! having not seen much of the show I was expecting something like Shamu the killer whale drifted onto the beach and fatso had his own secret banquet...a tent it is tho (wow those crazy scriptwriters!)

There are 6 seasons planned in all(another 3) and each of season 4,5,6 will have 16 episodes each. To be shown in 08, 09 and 2010. I think we won't see them get off the island till season 5.

I think the whole writers strike is actually a very clever ploy by the Lost producers, who at the end of last series said:

"Shit, we have run out of ideas and we have to hand this in next week"

Still love it though, just heard on the news the strike might be over next week.

Rumour has it, the big studios have to settle the strike.  The Oscars are on in a few weeks and they don't want a bunch of writers picketing along the red carpet, making a mess of all the glitz and glamour.
