I went into the bookies after work with the sole intention of backing Lujana - I read in the racing post that there had been a big long lay-offs previously in between starts and this was first time in handicap company so i thought it significant that the trainer had booked a decent young apprentice to take some weight off the horses back.

Anyway this is a hardluck story I got put off when the horse drifted from EP of 8/1 all the way out to 25's traditionally the Mel Britain stable is a gambling stable and I tend to ignore any runners he has that drift so much in the market.

I pumped a £100 on the 2nd best.  I run bad Sad

Didn't see this thread yesterday but a friend phoned me up and tipped Ingleby Arch in the 3.40 at Southwell.  Slapped a bit on at 11/4.

Was also on Or D'ourdairies Horneris - useless.

2.40Ludlow - on Joli Classical. Each way @ 12/1

& then in the 3.15 im with you, backed Comber this morn @ 5/1. At 10.16, 1 min after prices were out.

Also had a bet on Moonlight Man in the 1.30 Lingfield at 16/1 each way.

Loving the horse action here.

Ace, any reason for opposing the favourite in the 2.00, Dawson Creek?  Picked it out earlier.
