Status:     In progress

Parcel tracks

Date    Time    Location    Tracking Event

08-02-2008    19:57    National Hub    Sorted in hub

Does this mean I will receive it today? tomorrow? next week? ok so I think i'll phone them as I need to be here for the delivery so I phone them up, Oh whats that voice recognition gee swell, especially for me and my scottish accent.

me: no
her please repate tracking number
me aitch eh 44 1 etc
her: you said aitch ee 44 1 etc
rinse wash repeat etc

oh ffs I give up :/ it will come when it comes i guess.

usually the day after the package arrives at the delivery depot - is that the closest delivery depot to where you live?

in that case it should be tomorrow - if they were going to delivery it to you today then the system would already be showing "out for delivery" on their online system

Was actually sent out on the 8th but I was told it would arrive today... Online tracking not worth the monitor screen its printed on, not like UPS who have fantastic online tracking.

which is next working day by noon which is what your online printout told you and exactly what they promised you - which is why i'm not sure where the "farce" bit comes in.

with the automated robot systems all you do is press one of the buttons on the phone and it cuts out and puts you thru to operator.

he's lucky cus ussually "next working day" in Scotland means "when we have to go sign on again"
