Try to put the buy in amount out of your mind and play normally. if you won the seat in a satellite then try and treat it as a freeroll or nerves could get the better of you IMO
well done, this is very true,first few i played i thought everyone was Doyle Brunson lol and never played my normal game, good luck

It sounds good in theory saying treat it like a freeroll but if I did that I would donk out in the first 5 minutes  Cheesy

I know nerves are probably going to get the better of me but if I dont make any silly moves early on I should do ok.

Its actually quite a tricky little game to play. It averages around 14 runners so you start off with 6/7 players. I would usually play quite aggresive short handed but there are some mad scandies play in this who reraise massively everytime, one of my biggest faults is laying down hands too easily :-( You then have to adapt to a 10 table and thats when I either loose the chips I have gained or sit there like a muppet waiting for aces LOL.

Whatever happens I will enjoy the experience.
