Playing the £25 on sky and i got a little excited at having a bounty on my table, I played this hand so badly that even the commentators were stuck for words (it was shown on tv of course).

I claimed the bounty but my credibility as a poker player has gone right out the window :-(

Ive tried to find the hand history but the hands were

Bounty boy had A 3 and I had

53272711 2008-02-17 21:26:30 4765.00 ♥K ♠9

 ♣4 ♥A ♣3 ♠K ♦K 2165.00 MissHoolie won 4530.00 with a Three Kings

I tried to bluff him off the pot and got lucky but soooooooooo embarrassing to have the hand shown on sky  Cry

It was bad...very very bad...you can see they want to say ffs she is the worse player ever LOL

In my defence..it was my mums birthday today and I had had a few (i get very brave after a couple of bevvies) and he was a bounty :-)

Just watched the hand and think you are putting yourself down a bit in that I thought your play was fine. Preflop the button limped and as SB you raised up and nothing wrong with that. You had one caller and you made a continuation bet even though you missed the flop and at that point unbeknown to you you were about 0.6% to win. Chris (calling station) Kamara called with two pair. Now you hit a pair on the turn and bet again, he calls. You need one of two cards on the river at 5% and hit and he goes busto two pair to trip Kings. You did nothing wrong but that was sick luck.  Cheesy

PS Kara last night.

There is no right or wrong.........just winning and losing........you won. I say good for you. I have been called by far worse hands post flop when i have had a bounty on my head............take the money and enjoy it.
