Excellent result for Liverpool.
I would say they are through I cant see Inter scoring 3 against Liverpool.
Well done scoucers!
They don't need to. 2-0 would take the game to penalties. Who knows what the score would be 11 V 11 We have a pretty decent record in penalty shootouts. But I can't see it going to pens. I'm sure we'll score at their place, and I can't see them scoring 4. I agree that you'll score and go through comfortably but alot of people are making out the tie is over as Inter won't put 3 past you. I was just point out that in 3 weeks time if they go 1 nil up with 20mins to go they only need 1 more to stay alive. They have to have a shot on goal to score. The funny thing is that we're better against teams that attack us, rather than having to break down a team that puts 11 (or even 10) men behind the ball. If they need to score (which they do obviously), then they're going to give us more chances to counter-attack. The job's certainly not done though. It's going to be a tough 90 minutes, and we'll have to play as well as last night to make sure we go through. It's only half-time, and we all know what can happen in second halves...

i cant see how celtic are going to keep this score respectable tonight, defence is shocking. mcgeady nakamura voh are all really lazy at defending and chasing, so by my math its gonna be 3 nil barca, etoo didnt play versus rangers, hes thier main goalscorer, cricket score gtd

i cant see That'll be the blinkers Fergus. Beauty TBF Fhergus says that before every Celtic game in the Champions League & he'll keep saying it until it happens. No matter what happens we won't be embarrassed like Rangers were at home to ordinary Lyon side, now that was funny . Acid, atmo should be a bit special tonight especially if we get a result

No there will be two. The league winners will get a guaranteed spot assuming the CL winners have already qualified through their league position.

I have to say the ESPN feed of the Celtic game over at Channel Surfing is amazing - great quality and no buffering or dropouts.

Well, at one point I was looking forward to coming on and asking everyone to form an orderly queue to appologise to Bandit. But class will out and that was one of the best passing performances I've seen at Celtic Park in years (actually since PSG gubbed us in the CWC years ago).
Disappointing though that Barca got goals from our own mistakes, but they took them damn well.
