Why did u decide to move in? i personally wouldnt have done that cos he's only gonna call with a hand thats beating u, or perhaps Ace 10 with the ace of hearts which is still a fishy call into a small pot unless ur a loon and he thinks ur at it. A lot of players also will bet out the flop with a big hand and check the turn to get you to think they're weak/missed after a raise pre flop. Im assuming hes only gonna reraise u pre with a bigger pair than jacks or possibly AK maybe hearts which explains betting the draw and checking the turn. Even if he raised with a smaller pair like nines or tens he's still got u beat. Betting it is not a bad move but the all in for 60bbs is a bit lazy imo into a 30 bb pot.
