The big man is on the mend!

He called me from the hossie tonight.

"I'm waiting for my Dad to bring me a burger from McDonalds, Hossie food is dreadful, but the nurses are lovely".

It seems he caught a nasty virus, & they've given him anti-biotics, he should recover fully in a few days. They've re-hydrated him too. If his improvement continues, he hopes to be let out of Hossie on Tuesday, maybe in time to play the Crypto tourney.

He is in a Hospital in Elgin.

I think it's just wondeful the way the blondeites "looked after" him as they did. This is a lovely place.

Havng said that, now he's clearly much better, I think it's time to stop being soft on him. Use this Live Update thread to stick it up him. Wink

OK seeing as we can cancel the priest can I just add that he let us down by getting a bug, or whatever sniffle it was,  just before the comp. Oh heavens is that an admission he's useful, well sometimes he can be I suppose.

Never in a million years!  If a man is hospitalised then fair enough, but to lie there and say I've got flu and I'm dying, and feeling sorry for yourself will NEVER wash with us!

I'm surprised you men didn't come up with the phrase bird flu a long while ago to explain PMT in a term you can understand as easily as you use the phrase man flu!

Did that make sense?
