Sorry if this is a repost, and technically it should probably go in the youtube thread but...
this is a clip from an american gameshow called moment of truth, where a contestent is wired up to a lie detector and has to anwser questions for money. As the rewards go up so does the difficulty of the questions. Family members etc are watching in the studio. This clip is total car crash tv.

My god, how stupid was she to answer yes to the 'good person' question? I was actually routing for her to get the money after she had essentially ballsed up her life, not that she deserved it.

I can't stand programs like this. The first question, she shouldn't even be hestiating, poor husband. Why do people agree to do these shows.

Hopefully got what she deserved............
I can't think of the word that covers the stupidity of this woman and her husband. How can he just sit there as though it does not matter? Does he have no self pride?
And the ex boyfriend.....how many people would go out with this master of disaster.
Is she a good person?? Only for a rubbish TV show.

Sometimes you have to suffer a little bit in your youth to motivate yourself to succeed in later life.

Of course not.

She was clearly a complete bitch and the husband looked like a weak muppet who would probably take her back anyway.
For me that 'good person' question was the easiest answer in the world, and she let her ego get in the way and now she has nothing, which she deserves.
But to address the more important point, yes I would to.

I dont understand why someone would want to go on this type of programme. I had to stop the clip half way through as I just cant watch this type of cringe worthy tv, let alone contemplate going on the show and having your whole life exposed to the nation !!
