it seems daniel day lewis is playing the same character

got no idea what the story was about, as ddl stoats about in his own little acting world spouting phrases gordon ramsey thought hed copyrighted

especially clueless as to what the son, h.w , eli the mental minister and his family were all about.

and the ending was pretty terrible, i just never had a clue where this film was going, then it ended.

it was okay i thought - defo not amazing but there was some ok acting. it was obv who was gonna be bleeding from the start, and i didn't care much for the finale..

1 liners ftw obv.

There Will Be Blood is magnificent.

It requires effort on the part of the viewer - if you go to the cinema to eat popcorn and switch your brain off then you're going to find it very slow.

I liked it too

Im sure its full of allegory,morale questions and that money leads to evil...

but i liked it for cinematic reasons...its a very BIG film dont u think in many senses.....keeps asking you questions

1st of all.you like the main protagonist and then the director slowly but surely makes you turn against him and you have a feeling of hatred towards him at the end...thats prettty skilful in my opinion
