Ooh, Ahh, Omaha - £100 Freeze at DTD Tonight!

Yes, DTD start their scheduled weekly £100 Omah Freezeout tonight, at 8pm.

Kim Costa will be playing, plus DingDell, & I'm sure many other Omaha fans.

We have been starved of Omaha Freezeouts, but this is affordable for many, will be well-structured, & should be huge fun.

Kim is keen to encourage as many as possible to turn up & play this Event, & Mother Hen has pledged to support the Event even if it has low numbers initially, for a while.

Anyone up for this jobbie tonight?

Oops.....One assumed wrong.

I just rung Mother Hen, & in fact, it appears that this Comp may not be available as an Online Pre-Reg jobbie.

However, a Seat WILL be guaranteed for you if you are deffo coming.

It's not likely, to be fair, to get many runners tonight, but it will, I hope, build over the coming weeks & months if we all do our best to support it.

They got 21 runners, a good start really.

30 minute clock, all Levels, 5k starting stack. When the Final began, the Blinds were 200-400!

4 places paid, Ali Bag Of Bollocks won it, Chinese Frankie - Sunday's 3-2-1 Omaha Winner - was third, & modesty forbids me from revealing my lofty finishing position. The less said about the runner-up, the better.

there just arent enough omaha players to make it worthwhile for dtd to run tournaments imo. Maybe there could be like a shootout starting earlier then the £25 comp for the players that didnt progress to the next round.
